Hi,
I have just started a project to solve the multi Tenant using one kitchen and consume power not equally but pay the electricity bill equally.
My design enable the each tenant to pay the electricity bill as he/she consumed

By adding a relay Switch to the 220v which connected to individual Power consumer meter ( Kill a Watt).
the switch gets on/off when the consumer/tenant insert his/her correct username n password to the system.

I think I do need a keypad/keyboard, a display or lcd screen and a programable
PIC.
Plz help me how to choose the right chip, display and key board and plz let me know the simpler way to do it this project

It might be simpler to use key-operated switches, one per tenant? Whatever you do, this project is potentially LETHAL if you are inexperienced in electrical/electronics matters.
