The week end Is here again already,time is moving so fast.The
money world moving so slow.We have the same problem that
RIAFF has to borrow or not to borrow.Maybe he can get some
impression what to do.If we raise our ceiling,maybe he can
raise his roof.Sounds so simple,I can see metals dropping,you
can't eat metal unless you eat fish.I live in South Florida near
the Florida Key's,Key West.Red lobster is the only fish place I
can find. No more fish and chips,how about the U.K. and other
places,any fish and chips in your area. What about the cold
North Atlantic.I miss the frozen perch packages,you can't
find perch,anyone know about perch.If you are about 25 years
old you have missed so much. Good Morning

I had a neighbor, a former whaler. He used to fish perch and smoke them in a device like this:

Plenty of Fish and Chips round here Loosewire unless my doctor or partner are around then there's no fish and chips

The perch ,is that a name of a fish or a general small fish.The perch I am asking about came in frozen packs,all white flesh with a skin on one side.They would be breaded and deep fried.I have not seen any thing to compare with that fish in
many years. Why would this product disappear,they were used for fish fries for
years. I miss the taste more than anything else.They would be sold in a frozen block.

pictures..the bus ..the fried fillets breaded...see if you can transfer the
pictures to the forum,looks just like what we use to get with pictures.

Masons pretty much follow the same pattern. We also have chili.

 

Did you read It all,Its a special fish fry and It was nice to find that fish on
the internet other wise you would not have seen the perch fillets and all
the comments.
