Alomost couldn't sleep thinking' about it.

 

It's not going to be as easy as last week, but Decker is on the money today. Broncos draw first blood, but only 3.

 

Yes go Broncos! No particular fan of the Broncos. I just hate The Patriots.

I'm still bummed that the Steelers were not in the playoffs this year. Then again they did not deserve to be there at least not on hope of another team's win or loss.

 

It is going to be 66F in Denver today! What the heck is up with that. Last time I was there in the winter, my rental car would not start each morning because the choke would be frozen open each morning. Yeah a choke, that is how long ago it was.

And an ex-coworker of mine used to work for Digital. He was there in the winter and was snowed into his hotel. He gave a call to the customer and I guess they spent the night on site. He told the customer he could not come in. The customer said to go down to the hotel parking lot. Some time later a helicopter landed either in the parking lot or nearby and took him off to the customer site.

 

I'd rather spend my day in my shop welding.

Down here in northern california we have the worst drought in recorded weather history and temps running in the low 80's.

Folsom lake is BONE DRY and they have uncovered an old town and it's relics that were there before they turned it into a lake. Now there is no water so it's just dirt again.

Hard to decide who to root for: I hate the Patriots like everybody else, but also hate Denver because of the decades old running feud between them and the Raiders and 49'ers. I am rooting for Peyton because of the guts it took for him to come back after his injuries and surgeries.

 

Never bet against Brady and Belichek. Just sayin'.

 

Brady certainly has been dominant in the the head to head matchup, but Manning will come through today. He just plays better in an orange jersey.

Good game... could have gone either way into the 4th quarter... Broncos wanted it more.

I think I counted five Broncos knocked out of the game today hurt?

The winner of the next game may be getting a wounded duck to play.....

It personified the game.... Brady not having the pocket sense to realize that on fourth down YOU HAVE TO THROW THE BALL EVEN IF THE RECEIVER ISN'T WIDE OPEN..... because it's fourth down!

I'll say one thing: Brady should be voted least valuable player. I saw him air mail at least five easy throws over the receiver's head today and two of them would have been touchdowns. Peyton played like a pro, Brady played like he was in panic mode half the day: made some good throws and brain locked a bunch.

Better team definitely won but the Broncos inability to close the game out in the fourth when the Pats were shooting down the field doesn't bode well for the SB.

Hmmm.... I thought the Broncos had the game in hand, and just played prevent. I don't think this portends any SB issues.
