INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 8/26/2023 2:30 am

SDPD Synopsis: A 31-year-old female was driving a 2014 Kia Forte southbound on 1300 Euclid Avenue. The Kia veered to the right, drove over the sidewalk and collided with an electrical box. The driver and passenger (22-year-old female) of P-1 exited the vehicle. The passenger attempted to push the vehicle off of the electrical box and was electrocuted. The passenger was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment of minor electrical burns. The driver’s injuries do not appear to be life threatening. S.D.P.D. Traffic Division responded and is handling the investigation.

Likely a DUI incident. Don't drink and driver.

You figured that there was no way that it could be true, and you were right. There was no seven crashes in seven days.
