A new member to PCB design, I would suggest to visit the different websites first and get knowledge about " what are layer stack-up, how PCBs are manufacturered, what are main components like soldermask, silk screen". Before jumping into the design part I would suggest to first learn the very basic things. You can follow phil's lab or any manufacturer blog page like one added here https://jlcpcb.com/blog

Welcome to the cult, the waters warm . It's a really good time to start learning hardware, there's a ton of cool new resources coming to the forefront. If you're looking for general hobbyist projects, I think Adafruit and Sparkfun have the best resources. But if you're looking for a software, KiCAD is obviously a favorite, but I've really liked Flux.ai. There's also some really cool free hardware AI tools coming out, like Zenode to help you read component datasheets!
