Hi,

I'm having problem with my FTDI programmer and I ended up checking it out with the oscilloscope. It appears that the voltage is not going down to 0V and is not even going to the same voltage during the pulse. (Sending AT). The pattern of lower voltage is reproducible.



Nothing is plugged on the FTDI, just the scope. I had sporadic problem programming an HC-05

Is it possible that the IC is damaged?
