How can i do 12v pwm signal fixed 5v

Click to expand... i use 5v 1.5A Linear Voltage Regulator 7805 package to-220 i will turn on and off 32 led (32x30mA) with processors

Click to expand... Source is the pwm!!! I will run the processor. when i dont add LC. The processor is not working properly L=? C=?
