what is meaning of framework development for Microcontroller. I have searched on internet but I didn't find any useful links that could be explain related to microcontroller. I think framework development means we develop program for microcontroller. I am looking specific example related to microcontroller anyone can help me with simple example ?

To me it means the whole structure required from programming and its software to the hardware required in order to program a Picmicro on a PC and the testing and/or simulating of.

It is software libraries that are built on to provide a basic working system for I/o.
It can be expanded on to fit your use.
