Hi,
I read that in WCDMA, a frame length is 10ms and each frame is divided into 15 slots.
I don't quite understand the role of the frame.
1. Does the frame contain information from one user a time, or does it contain information from 15 user (one per slot).
2. When the UE transmits data to the base station, it continuously transmits 10ms frames?
