I am wondering the frequency dependence of FR4 dielectric constant over frequency which effect the characteristic impedance of signal traces. We have 10 Gbps signals and we are in design phase. How much in FR4 dielectric value should we expect to change ? and how much in percentage we should expect the characteristic impedance to change ?
