Thanks W... I've noticed that being a Mod in this place is a lot more work than it seems. Everything you do is thoroughly appreciated.

Thanks. Judging from the mod reports, most of the other mods do a lot more than I do. But it's amazing how most spammers get banned within literally a few minutes of making their first attempt to post their crap.

All spammers post crap... but unfortunately not all crap comes from spammers...

Yes, I think this is a good idea and worth doing.
It would be in the form of a site map or table of contents.
Start off with a list of all the forums as main titles. From each title we branch into the most common forum requests.
It think that in order to keep this focused this should be restricted to topics that rightfully deserve to be a sticky.

Here is an example:

Off-Topic
  • For new members
  • Who are you?
  • Where are you from?
  • Do not be afraid of TEX!

General Electronics Chat
  • Ohm's Law for newbies
  • Decoupling capacitors - Why this is so important
  • LED current limiting
