I have a broken microchip on my car’s boot. This chip simply sends data to ECU if boot is locked or not. Would like to fool my ECU to pretend like it is locked. Can anyone help me about it what should i do?

Without that it could be a 1966 Beetle. Obviously doubtful, but the point is - without more info - we can't know!

 

Replace the microchip.
