You need to assume values of Beta and Vbe for the transistor.

The basic equations are ....

Ib=(Vc-Vbe)/Rb ......................(1)
Vc=Vs-(1+Beta)xIbxRc .............(2)

and

Ic=Beta x Ib

Where Vc is the collector voltage, Vs is the supply voltage, Rb is the base resistor [100k] and Rc is the collector resistor [10k].

Solve (1) & (2) for Ib by eliminating Vc and using your assumed values for Beta and Vbe.
