This is not the real "delta" connection, 8ohm + 2ohm are connected in parallel to the 10ohm resistor.

Oh, thank you. So how can i differentiate between real and fake one. Actually I don't know much about delta and star connection theoritically, all i know is their shape and how to change them.

 

In either a delta or a star configuration none of the resistors are in either series or parallel with either of the other resistors.

In your circuit, the 8 Ω and the 2 Ω are in series because whatever current flows in one must flow in the other, thus satisfying the definition of series components.

 

Real Delta will have three nodes for current to enter/leave the three nodes.
