I am well aware this is not an issue with this forum, but I know many here are also posters on the ETO forum, and am wondering if anyone has experienced a similar odd situation.
I can log in but am blocked from posting due to a message. "Attempts to send emails to Member-name@outlook.com have failed. Please update your email".
I have never been a member of outlook mail?
So far contacts to site support has failed to elicit a response.
Weird!

Have no idea. Perhaps a hiccup reset their database entry. Have you tried changing the e-mail in your account profile (even if you just change it to what it already is supposed to be)?

I have had that or similar odd things happen before as well and not just on ETO. One day account access for a forum or website is limited or offline and the next everything works fine again.

Maybe Electromaster (he does still run things there, doesn't he?) is updating or doing service to the site security software again and things are buggy from it and you just happen to be who got caught up in one of the temporary glitches this time?

Just a guess.

Is that going with any browser? Which one? OS?

Recently I was playing the smart user and a single setting I changed, created the hell of problems. Returned to "factory settings" and they went away.

Tried Mozilla and Chrome, but ETO asks for a email address to confirm to, it will not accept any of my three email addresses, states they are already in use??
So I have tried a fourth and it said request sent for confirmation, so just waiting to see if that works.

Yes I could log in, but had no posting privileges, I was asked to update my email add. None of my email accounts were accepted (already in use:msg?)
New one worked!!
