ESP32-S3 BOOT & EN problem

Hello!
I have a problem with my ESP32 board. I wanted that it will run automatically and can be downloaded via USB without pressing any buttons.
Download work good and esp will restart after download. But if I connect power to the board it would not run before I press SW3 (ESP will restart?). If I unplug power and plug it again then it will also run. How I have to control EN and BOOT pins on start up? Thanks already!
