Error Correction Code for Mbed microcontroller

Hi,

I am working on a high altitude balloon satellite that is using a microcontroller (Mbed NXP LPC1768) and a transmitter to transmit temperature and pressure data over a wireless distance of 30km.

However data are corrupted during transmission. Therefore i would like to know if there are any error correction codes available that the Mbed can support. The error correction codes must be able to correct multiple bits error.

The Mbed has FLASH: 512KB and RAM: 32KB
