I need an equivalent diode to a EU2A diode, it's a rectifier for a CRT TV. I've replace with one of 1.5A and had troible.

Probably the diode is used on a high speed application so the speed needs to be less than or equal to 400nS.

Thanks, and for the speed info too, the device is making a really loud noise when I turn it on, this started after I've replaced the diode.

 

You can see the features of MUR860G. This is a 600V fast recovery diode too.
