Does anyone have a suggestion for an equivalent alternative to Polycase? I need to try some cases for a new prototype and Polycase makes it so easy, unfortunately they just don't have the enclosure that I need this time around. So far the only alternatives I've found make the process of pricing a customized (machined and printed) case really convoluted (email for a quote, call and talk to people for info, back and forth, etc..), where with Polycase I can just click a few things on their web site and instantly know the cost. Specifically I need an enclosure nearly identical to this Polycase enclosure, but it needs to be several mm thicker, the screen I need to use is just too deep to fit into this one. What do you guys use for customized cases when your volumes will be in the hundreds (not thousands)?

I have experience with OKW, BUD, Hammond, and Serpac (links for all are in the list). But, I have never has a special design made.
