I would like to reuse PSU from EMC2 VNX3 server for a personal project. Does anybody knows which pins must be connected so that PSU powers on?
how to power on PSU without server?

You will need to examine the circuit at the connector, either the server side or the supply side. One caution is that typically the manufacturer of the supply does their best to prevent folks from operating the supply for any other application.
So your excuse for asking is that you need to test the supplies. Usually there is one pin powered up when mains power is applied, and connecting that pin to another starts the whole thing working.
