I am beginner of Electronics, can anyone explain how to read the test data of EMC report ? How does it tell whether it's pass or fail ?

Assuming that a plot of the sweep (e.g. of the frequency range of interest) is included in the report, on the graph is plotted the acceptable limits above which the measured quantity must not go or below which the measured quantity must be maintained. These limits are established by the EMC standard that is being applied.
