Is there anyone around here who can calculate how much power or how strong of a magnetic field is required for the electromagnetic interference to happen?

Electromagnetic interference can occur from an exceedingly low level to a humongous level, so your question is like the proverbial "How long is a piece of string?". You need to specify exactly what you mean by 'interference'.

 

I can tell you that it doesn't take long in the pool to 'interfere' with an iPhone 6.
