Hello i have searched everywhere and cant find the Shematic for EADP-29BP A

Cant anyone help me?:confused: It is an AC Adapted K30291 for CANON.

i am holding this power supply. i also dont have the diagram but it simple.
my question is first whats your problem with this ps?
my ps will start only with no load. it does need 3v dc in pin2 to work but with load it works only if i start it no load than after connect the load?

what do you think?
