Received a Sony DXF-2 Viewfinder which looked promising, no leaky caps, etc. ;but, no joy on power up. 9vdc to cn2 ; but, across the 1st cap to ground voltage drops to 6mv. 20ma consumed on Mr. Meter PSU, nothing warming up. Replaced electrolytic caps ( mouser had them delivered in 23 hours!) but no change. TP1 and 2 show 6mv. Any ideas ? I've researched this a lot; but, don't know where to turn.
