I'm not going to download a 1.3 MB file for something that should be more like 25 kB. Try cropping any unnecessary border regions, scaling it to about 300 pixels wide, and since it looks like a photo, save it as a jpg file. You can easily do all of that in Paint or any of several other free image manipulating applications.

Sorry got here late today. Try working it out like i showed in the last problem where we drew a table to help figure it out.
