I dont understand this DRC that is reporting. How can I get rid of this. I am using Altium Circuit Studio. I am new to do PCB layout on the Altium Circuit Studio.

Disable the rule?

 

It's telling you that there isn't enough clearance between the silk screen of two vertical lines on the diode and the solder mask over the pads. It's worried that a slight misalignment would put silk screen where there should be solder and your diode can't be soldered down.
0.25mm is probably enough clearance, so either ignore it, edit the rules or redesign the silk-screen for the diode.
