Can anyone tell me what is the area within the yellow circle in the attached image and what's it for?

Please don't upload the colorful images file as *.png, because it will spent too much HDD space of system, you can upload it as you already uploaded the *.jpg file, when your *.png file converted to *.png file, the file size from 458,538 bytes reduced to 68,933 bytes, in this site that the *.png just suitable for less 4 colors and the simple vertical and horizontal line.
