Doubt about semiconductor type

Hello,

I am trying to repair a PSU that doesn`t show sign of life. The problem seems to be a part that is located at the beginning of the circuit, grouped together with two 13007 transistors. However, I can`t seem to find out the part type and find a replacement. It`s TO-220 IC...possibly a power MOSFET or a transistor. The text written on the IC is:

M023
K60 0950
DG 2N65

Any input appreciated... :)

You are probably right.

This power MOSFET is usually used at high speed
switching applications in power supplies, PWM motor controls, high
efficient DC to DC converters and bridge circuits.

So, if I can`t find the exact model, I`ll look for a replacement: 2A 650V N-Channel MOSFET.

Thank you :)))
