I noticed that there are user with a full email-adress as username.
This is not smart as spambots will find these email adresses to spam you.

Changing usernames is rarely done.
Changing usernames can also lead to misunderstandings.
It can only be done by the bertus and jrap the administrators.
If you want to change the username you can send them a PM with arguments why you want to change the name.
One of the occasions the change is allowed is when you entered your e-mail address as a username, then it will often be approved to be changed.

As a user found out recently, it can take a while. Our administrators are busy, and the moderators do not have the permissions to do this.

Even after the name is changed, it can be too late. Once your email address is on a list it is forever.

I also have noticed that some users are posting their email adress for replying.
This goes by the intention of the forum, sharing information in public.
This is not smart as well, as the spambots will harvest it.
I will remove them as I see them.
