I want to make a graph that show the characteristic of this diode.
I use DC sweep for simulation, start value = -30 V , end value = 30V , increment = 0.1
But there's a problem because the breakdown voltage is only -0.7V, So I think it's really weird.
Because it's too low for a breakdown voltage. Does anyone know, what is the problem?

p.s. sorry for my bad English, I only understand what are people saying, But I can't speak or type it right :( .

Here's a big hint -- your plot shows that the current through the diode is zero for forward voltages up to 30 V. Does THAT make sense?

Look carefully at the polarities of your voltages and currents.

I might get it now by adding more voltage. So at first the current started to flow because the value of voltage was negative,
Is that like we're switching our voltage polarity into the opposite direction?
so the current will flow into the opposite direction also,I mean it's like a forward bias.
But then when the value of voltage is positive, there's no current flow until it reached a breakdown voltage,
Because it's like we're switching our voltage polarity back (reverse bias).
I mean when the voltage is negative, it's like a forward bias.
So reverse bias will start when the voltage is positive. Is it right?
