Remove the RX and TX Enable FET's, they are not required.
Set the TX burst, of say 10 pulses at a rate of 1 sec for a test, for a reflecting test surface use a metal sheet at say at 0.5mtr distance.
This will give an overall path time of ~3mSec ie: sound in air ~330m/sec
Scope the TX pulse and RX echo pulse, [at the transducer], post an image.
