While I was trying to accomplish the harmonics control by matching the proper impedances for corresponding harmonics. To make it more clearly to display, smith chart is a good idea for showing the ideal impedances. The circuit and plot are provided by Keysight downloaded from Youtube as a class E PA topology. I am wondering whether a smith chart can be used to display impedance directly, as I observed from the form that it always uses the function ztos ' transforms an impedance matrix to a scattering matrix.' So it means that we usually display s-parameters s11 on the smith chart not directly using an impedance for ADS data display. Am I correct, just a little bit comfused.
Might need your guidance, anyway thx in advance.
