Schottky ones drop a bit more voltage at higher currents than diodes.I compared cheap 1N5819 Schottky's diode with cheap 1n4001 diode .

1N5819 10A/1,4FVD
1N4001 10A/1,2FVD

You won't find anything better than that.
0,2fVd diodes are generally SMD and have 0,2A max. Current.
Yeah.. As I was looking the night before last, I did come across some nice ones on there, but they had too many leads.. So I backed away. Because I'm just kinda starting out into Electronics, so..

I just bought some SB140 Schottkys and was surprised to see only about 200mV drop shown by my multimeter diode test function. Does the ∆V of a Schottky change more with current than the silicon ones do?
Those are 1A ones.. I could use them, because actually my Samsung Galaxy only charges at about (According to my UNI-T UT61D True RMS Digital Multimeter (DMM)), was about 0.600A when the inductor warms in the boost converter, then when it's at it's peak, which only takes about 6 seconds if that, about 0.900A+. But I seen the meter go past 1.000A, so that's why I didn't get the better ones. Better to be safe than sorry. But yeah, those are nice ones. Those were the ones I wanted to get, but didn't because of the Forward Current Rating (IFSM).

I doubt that the 1A was shorter than 8.4ms.
