dimmer circuit for led bulb

Is it possible to dim a non dimmable led bulb (which i have ip voltage: 170-230VAC, 50 hz) with triac dimming circuit?

No. Those leds for mains have a transformerless psu inside, and give a fixed voltage across the led, you would have to take the led out, and modify it.
