I am not aware of any "best" brands in temperature sensors.

You need to tell us more of your application.
What temperature range do you want to measure, at what resolution and what accuracy?
There are over a million types of temperature sensors to choose from.

 

DS18B20 is the most common, SHT31 is good, too
