Difference in International Rectifier Part Numbers M vs. N (IRFP260 Power Transistor)

Hello All,

I'm working on some switching circuitry and found that the IRFP260 will meet my needs, however, when trying to select the part on Mouser I came across two options: IRFP260NPBF or IRFP260MPBF. When looking at the data sheets they are identical and I cant find a prefix list for IR. I assume that the difference is down to the packaging but I am not sure how this would justify a 70 cent price difference on Mouser. If anyone knows the difference between these two and can share that would be great.
