I've been interested to follow a number of threads and I've contributed to a few, with varying success.

What I miss, in so many cases, is the thread starter coming back to the thread to tell us how it went. Once their problem is solved they simply go quiet - I for one would really appreciate learning from the thread starter if they got it to work and how!

 

It's just a fact of life ..........
Anything that's free has little, or no, value, and so, gets little, or no, appreciation.

It's like you always find what you're missing the last place you searched.

 

Or the corollary, as the president of one company I worked for, who had been a gas station mechanic told us "When you look at your itemized bill, the last thing on the list is the thing that fixed the car."
