The datasheet for DGD05473 (https://www.diodes.com/datasheet/download/DGD05473.pdf) says the driver consumes <1uA when EN is at 0V, but the spice model (https://www.diodes.com/productcollection/spicemodels/8231/High-Side/Low-Side-Gate-Drivers.spice.txt) has a 40k resistor from VCC to COM, which means at least 112.5uA if the minimal 4.5V is present at VCC. Whom to believe?

 

You should rely on the data sheet. This is the complete specification of the device under ANY specified circumstances. A simulation model is only a design aid where there is modeled the behavior of a device only in a typical use case, here as a gate driver. Therefore the shutdown current may not be modeled correctly.
