determine connector type (3.7 volt battery)

Hi
I am trying to replace battery with permanent power supply .
As I understand I have to get 3.7 power supply and connect to battery contacts. (battery is still alive so I dont want to cut contacts on it)
So I am asking the forum: what type of connector is it ?
