I encountered problems designing feedback amplifiers using BJT during examination.A series-series amplifier with certain values of feedback factor and voltage swing was to be designed.How to incorporate them in design equations?What is the importance of voltage swing?

 

when symetrical sinusoidal signals are applied to the input of an amp, symetrical sinusoidal signals are also generated at the output. provided the amps operation stays linear. you can check the maximum output symetrical swing by using the ac load line analysis.. when the output exceeds this limit, your output signal will be clipped and signal distortion naturally occurs.
