Hi All,
I have designed a dc induction heater of about 180 W,
according my design oscillation should be C=1.98uF, L=2uH so frequency should be 78k Hz but when i measure across cap C1 practically it is of 59k Hz.

Please let me know if i'm wrong or if any other way to co-relate my theory with circuit .

Have you allowed for the drain-gate and drain-source capacitances of the MOSFETS?

 

If you have made one in the link at 200Khz that works, why do you need to re design one?
