Design a circuit that has a dc gain of 1/3 and a pole at s = -10. You may use resistors, capacitors, inductors and both dependent and independent sources in your design.

I dont really know where to start can someone give me some equations or something to go off of?

Can you design the "dual" circuit using an inductor and two resistors?
