The demodulator I want is Phase Sensitive Demodulator (PSD).
Anyone can help me a circuit diagram of PSD.
The IC I may have quick access are opamps.

 

What are your requirements for the PSD? Frequency, max deviation from center, max signal frequency, etc.?

What you could do is to duplicate the AD630 circuit with opamps and a comparator. It can be done. But may require in circuit fine tuning of the comparator and gain. The AD630 circuit is still made but very expensive
