Hi there. I want to modify this existing inverter which outputs a pure sine wave of 60Hz. I want to output a 50Hz sine wave. What changes are required for that? Can anybody help me out.
I figured out that i need to change the sine wave reference (Bubba Oscillator) to 50Hz. and I was only able to figure that out :|

Just curious -what is the value of VDD?

If you want 50 Hz at the same voltage as the 60 Hz output, there is probably nothing else to change.

The IRFB20N50KPbF Hexfet Power MOSFET is rated for 500V at 20A .

 

If you want to drop the output voltage from 240 VAC to 120 VAC the easiest, and in my opinion the best, way would be to lower the VDD.

 

60Hz/50Hz=1.2 ==>100nF ==> 120nf
