CWC-1600 Wine Cooler front control panel not working

I have a cuisinart cwc-1600 that is not cooling, both fans work, but what I noticed is that the front control panel is not correctly displaying the temperature, nor it allows to lower the temperature. I can only increase the temperature. See picture. Is it this which is causing the fridge not to cool? If this is the case, anybody knows where can I get a replacement of this part?
