Hello,
I am trying to make four dynamos that power some loads and charge a LiPo battery. Based on the normal operation the dynamos would be working, each dynamo has a full speed and half speed. Any two dynamos can be at full speed or half speed at any time while the four can be at full speed or half speed. For better understanding, like a drone, two BLDC motors are required to move either left, right, forward or backwards while upward movement requires the four motors to be at full speed. During hovering, the motors are all at half speed. So how can I make a consistent voltage to power the payload and charge the battery?

That's a rather confusing description of what you are trying to do. It tells us nothing about what is driving the dynamos, the voltage and current capability of the dynamos, the type, voltage and capacity of the batteries or the voltage and current needed for the payload. That makes it rather difficult for us to even make a wild guess at a solution for you. Can you give us more information please.

Neodymium magnets and coil is the dynamo. The magnets are light-weight and would be on the propeller while the coils surrounds and ensure full cutting of the magnetic field. Also, the LiPo would drive the motor at first. Then, the dynamo takes charge of driving and charging of the battery just like car alternator system.

Any dynamo requires extra power to make it produce electric current. In your drone, the extra power comes from the battery.
Since electric current in a motor or in a battery produces heat, then the power from the battery will be more than used to power the drone plus the dyvamos, the battery power will also be producing heat.
Then you actually lose some battery power and not gain anything.

To put a fine point on it, if the battery being charged is the same as the one powering the prop that is acting as the rotor of the dynamo the inevitable result will be a net loss of energy The battery will provide less useful power as a result with the power consumed by the inefficiency of the charging lost to any other use. You can’t hope to break even, never mind gain from it.

The battery only power the props at start. Then, a uC makes the dynamo start work and disconnect the battery from running the motors

And, as has been stated already, your invention is physically impossible. You are trying to create a perpetual motion machine at best and a free-energy machine in actuality. That is a prohibited topic on this forum.

For real. How is Perpetual motion prohibited? Is it counterintuitive?

It's a violation of the laws of physics, and therefore a pointless topic. A more appropriate place for such discussions would be a forum devoted to science fiction and/or fantasy.

If your motor uses 100W but the dynamo produces 90W and there is 10W of heat produced then when you get it spinning from a battery then the dynamo and motor will quickly slow down and stop when the battery is disconnected. Even if your props are not lifting a drone that needs MORE power.

Wouldn't it be nice if electricity generating stations did not need to use nuclear power, solar power, wind power or river power like in your invention??
