current ratio test in transformer

My tutor gave me the instruction for conducting a simple current ratio test in transformer but I don't know whether my interpretation is correct or not since I got the data is a little bit odd.
Here is the instruction: Short-circuit the secondary winding with a 10 ohm resistor. Apply a sinusoidal voltage through a 100 ohm resistor to the primary winding.
Then I tried to build the circuit like this...

I don't know what is the meaning of "short-circuit the secondary winding with a 10 ohm resistor", where should the 10 ohm resistor be placed?
