This bobbin coil has no core. If we pass a 10 Ampere AC conducting wire into/trough it as core, will there be any AC voltage reading at the coil terminals ?

 

Will there be any AC voltage? Yes, somewhere between almost nothing and a lot.

 

Through the center is not an ideal configuration, the flux from the current carrying wire is in the same direction as the coil, it will induce very little voltage.

For a wire to experience magnetic force due to current thru it, that wire has to be perpendicular to the magnetic field lines. The misalignments won't be perfect (parallel to B fields) so some force will felt between the wires that depends on the physical spacing, construction and frequency.
