Not quite, but I guess I see your point. Woke up and couldn't sleep. The message actually says "don't forget to drink your ovaltine," a code from a funny movie (A Christmas Story). The clue is in my signature.

 

I noticed the signature, but I saw that it wasn't a simple substitution code, so I dropped any effort. Not in the mood for a brainf**k.

 

I had a quick go but I only got up to "don't forget to ____ your _______"
I tried a crossword solver but it must not have had ovaltine in it's dictionary.
