Two of our granddaughters spent the weekend and my wife lets them play dolls in a corner of the dining room. One of our cats (Cookie) sees nothing wrong with using a doll bed. She's just wondering when that lazy doll is going to get up and do something useful.

Actually, Cookie is rather fond of cardboard boxes. She'll go to great lengths to get them open with her claws, then get in the box. She's also been known to gnaw on and shred some of the cardboard. Never had any problems with dolls though...

Cookie is a little over 10 years old. My wife and daughter were there when she was born and their first reaction was that she looked like an Oreo cookie; hence the name. Cookie crawled into another baby bed a little bit ago while we were playing a card game, so I got another picture.

 

That cat really knows how to enjoy life...

 

Well, I taught her what I know...

 

What would it take to mail me that cat?

 

A big envelope and lotsa stamps. She's a pretty hefty cat...
